BACKGROUND
The double specificity of the reagent overcomes the limitation of single antibodies which do not activate T lymphocytes which lack Fc receptors and bind the target antigen with both Fab regions. The bispecific antibody possesses high cytotoxic potential even for cell and stromal targets expressed at low levels.

PRODUCT
Each vial contains the indicated amount of IgG (HPLC, Prot. A) in 0,1% gelatine and 0,05% NaN3.

SPECIFICITY
Double specificity for CD3 expressed on cytotoxic T lymphocytes and Tenascin C stably expressed in the stroma of several malignancies.

STORAGE
Store frozen, avoid repeated freeze-thawing. Stable for 2 yrs.
